Studies all of the strategic options and encourage transversal projects. The responsibility for the economic and financial performance of the Group is borne by them. It is the Management Committee who is the guarantor of the Group’s coherence and cohesion. It is made up of the Chairman and CEO, the Group Deputy Managing Directors of Finance and International Operations, the Secretary-General and HR Director, the Innovation and Development Director and the Division Directors along with the participation of the Communications Director.

Transdev is a limited company with a Board of Directors, whose main shareholder is the Caisse des Dépôts.
