Company Diversity Charter
_____Promoting pluralism and seeking diversity through recruitment and career management is a key progress factor for the company. This type of approach enhances efficiency and the quality of our employee relations. It can have a positive effect on the company’s image among its customers, its external suppliers and consumers in France and around the world.
The aim of the Diversity Charter adopted by our company in France is to demonstrate our commitment to cultural, ethnic and social diversity within our organisation.
By virtue of this charter, we undertake:
1. To raise the profile of non-discrimination and diversity issues among our managers and colleagues who are involved in recruitment, training and career management and to incorporate this aspect into their training.
2. To respect and promote the principle of non-discrimination in all its forms and at all phases of Human Resources management, in particular the recruitment, training, promotion or professional advancement of our people.
3. To endeavour to reflect the diversity of French society - particularly its cultural and ethnic diversity - in our workforce at all levels of qualification.
4. To communicate to all our people our commitment to non-discrimination and diversity and to provide information as to the practical outcomes of that commitment.
5. To make the development and implementation of the diversity policy the subject of a dialogue with employee representatives.
6. To include a chapter in the annual report describing our nondiscrimination and diversity commitment: actions implemented, practices
and outcomes.
