After Nantes and Montpellier, Mobitrans® is now offered in Orléans. From a mobile phone, which has mobile Internet capabilities (wap, i-mode, etc.), Mobitrans® lets you find out bus information for free*: find the closest bus station or find out the time of the next. Launched in Orléans by a subsidiary, Mobitrans® has been highly successful.

Agilis, meeting customer needs 24 hours a day

A shared call centre, Agilis, helps the Group’s networks make the most of their transport on demand offering, by handling appointments

Specific software: agents have a precise mapping and a real-time vision of the fleet of vehicles and its availability

Located in Chambéry, this call centre handles reservations from all over France

Launched as a pilot in 2006, Agilis manages reservations for 14 networks of the Group, 24 hours a day

Present for more than 15 years in the Alps, Transdev has developed wide expertise in the field of mountain travel. It includes state-of-the-art information, transport and reservation services. In Albertville, the solution implemented includes 2 lines on which 4 new 20-seat vehicles, easily accessible, circulate on a regular schedule during peak periods and on-demand during off-peak periods.

Transdev's service spearhead in the Alps, Altibus.com, its web portal for information and services, makes reserving the trip by bus from the SNCF arrival station to 60 ski resorts in the Alps possible from home. 80,000 passengers are expected for the 2006/2007 season.

Altibus.com allows you to book your ticket on their website. They offer travelling solutions on coaches linking the Bourg-Saint-Maurice and de Moutiers stations today in major Alpine winter sport resorts (Val-d'Isère, Tignes, Les Arcs, etc.).

1/ At the beginning of January 2006, Transdev acquired Blazefield, the largest independent British transport group, renowned for its quality of service and innovation. Blazefield has five companies operating urban and interurban services in northern England, in both Yorkshire and Lancashire. With this acquisition, Transdev became the sixth largest independent transport operator in the United Kingdom.

2/ In Bournemouth, Transdev revamped the service on its network in July 2006: new bus traffic master plan, increase in stops and frequency, improvement in the signage and passenger comfort, and simplification of the price list (from 48 to 6 rates).

3/ In London, the red buses belonging to Transdev's subsidiaries, London United and London Sovereign improve the quality of their service.
